Council and Committee Meetings [Agendas 2012]

Public Speaking

At ordinary meetings of the Council (ie except Special and Annual Meetings) thirty minutes will be allowed for Public Speaking. Members of the public may ask questions or make short statements (maximum time three minutes) to the Council.

Meeting Start Times

All Council and Committee meetings start at 7.00pm unless otherwise indicated except Council meeting preceding by public speaking. These meetings start at 7.30pm – or at the conclusion of public speaking if that is earlier.

Please note that although PROPOSED agendas are put on Council notice boards approximately ten days before meetings only FINAL agendas are put on this website.
